I HAVE A CAR DRIVER'S LICENSE!<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS<\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>

The required documents for a truck driver's license:<\/p>\n

\u2013 4 color photos, passport-sized.<\/p>\n

- A photocopy of your ID card or passport and residence permit.<\/p>\n

\u2013 Social Security Number<\/p>\n

\u2013 A photocopy of your driver\u2019s license<\/p>\n

\u2013 Certificates from an ophthalmologist and a general practitioner, as well as photocopies of the two payment receipts from the doctors *(\u20ac10 + \u20ac10)<\/p>\n

- Application form - solemn declaration<\/p>\n

\u2013 Application to print a driver's license.<\/p>\n

*No medical certificates are required if you already hold a valid BE, D1, D, D1E, or DE license.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

\u2013 Theoretical Exam Fee, costs 15\u20ac<\/p>\n

\u2013 Practical Exam Fee. costs 15\u20ac<\/p>\n

\u2013 P.E.I. Theory Exam Fee, costs 20\u20ac<\/p>\n

What can I drive with a truck driver's license:<\/p>\n

\n

\u2013 Trucks weighing from 3,501 kg up to the maximum permissible weight of each truck.<\/p>\n

- Vehicles in this category may be towed by a trailer with a maximum authorized mass not exceeding 750 kg.<\/p>\n

The license is valid for 5 years; after that, it must be renewed.<\/span>.<\/p>\n

REQUIREMENTS<\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>

What do I need to know to determine if I am eligible to obtain a truck driver's license: <\/p>\n

Be at least 21 years of age, or at least 18 years of age if they are applying for or hold a certificate of professional competence (P.E.I.) for drivers of goods transport vehicles, issued by an EU member state or by Norway, Iceland, or Liechtenstein.<\/p>\n

The applicant must not hold a driver\u2019s license issued by another EU Member State or by Norway, Iceland, or Liechtenstein.<\/p>\n

The applicant must have been a legal resident of Greece or have held the status of a student for at least six (6) months in Greece, either continuously or cumulatively, over the past twelve months.<\/p>\n

If the applicant is a foreign national, they must have held a residence permit or a work permit for six consecutive months prior to submitting the application for a driver\u2019s license.<\/p>\n

For nationals of EU member states or of Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, a certificate of registration as a citizen of an EU member state is required, which must have been issued 95 days prior to submitting the application for a driver\u2019s license, along with photocopies of these documents.<\/p>\n

Must hold a valid category B or D driver's license.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
