\u2013 A photocopy of your ID card or passport and residence permit.<\/p>\n

\u2013 A certificate from an ophthalmologist and a general practitioner, as well as photocopies of the two payment receipts from the doctors (\u20ac10 + \u20ac10).<\/p>\n

\u2013 An official translation of a foreign driver\u2019s license by a lawyer or the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. If the text of the translation does not specify which vehicles the license holder is permitted to drive, a relevant certificate from the competent authority that issued the license must be submitted, along with a translation thereof by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or a lawyer.<\/p>\n

\u2013 In the latter case, the Consul\u2019s signature must be authenticated by the Greek Ministry of Foreign Affairs.<\/p>\n
