Replacement due to loss or theft of a digital tachograph card!
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
The required documents for digital tachography card:
– A photo and signature in digital format
– A photocopy of your ID card or passport and residence permit.
– A photocopy of your driver’s license.
– A photocopy of the theft report filed with the competent police authority (in the event of theft).
– Sworn statement of loss (in case of loss).
