DRIVING PRIVILEGES
What can I drive with a driver's license that includes the B96 code:
– A combination of a category B vehicle and a trailer with a mass exceeding 750 kg, provided that the mass of this combination ranges from 3,500 kg to 4,250 kg.
– This license is issued in accordance with the provisions of Article 4 of Ministerial Decision A3/oik 50984/7947/2013 and bears the Community code number 96 (B96).
The license is valid for 15 years; after that, it must be renewed.
REQUIREMENTS
What do I need to know to determine if I am eligible to obtain a driver’s license with the B96 code?
– Be a legal resident of Greece.
– Not hold another driver’s license of the same category, whether issued in Greece or by an EU member state (including Norway, Iceland, and Liechtenstein).
– Must hold a valid driver’s license of at least category B.
– Be at least 18 years old.
– Complete a mandatory training course for the category.
